On the occasion of centenary celebration of the Chauri Chaura incident the UP chief minister released the logo for every occasion and appealed to the centre to release a postal stamp to mark the historic event as a landmark of India’s freedom movement. On 4th Feb 2021 PM Modi released a postage stamp to mark the beginning of centenary celebrations of the Chauri Chaura incident via video conferencing. PM Modi said that “Incident of Chauri Chaura is not limited to setting the police station on fire. The message is huge.”
